This 2 hour session begins with a grounding mat Pilates class to strengthen and energize your body, followed by a deeply restorative hammock meditation under the open sky. You’ll also enjoy refreshments, plus your choice of an assisted stretch or Thai bodywork to leave you feeling completely renewed.
