Join The Village PTW at Cafe Noire for a peaceful afternoon designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Relax in a freestanding hammock while enjoying guided breathwork, gentle stretching, meditation, reflection, and nourishing refreshments.
