Hammock & Flow Family Edition

Join us for a day of joy, connection, and restoration at Birth Detroit on September 14th. Alongside outdoor games, delicious food trucks, and donation-based photo sessions by Twin Spell Photography (1–4pm), we’re offering a wellness experience designed for the whole family:

✨ Hammock & Flow with City Glow YogaThis unique outdoor practice combines gentle yoga, breathwork, and hammock meditation to help families slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Together, we’ll practice simple tools for grounding and emotional regulation—skills you can carry home to support calm, balance, and joy in daily life.

🧘‍♀️ Options & Pricing:

• Yoga mats available on-site for $5

• First 10 hammocks available for $35 (RSVP required by Sept 10th)

• Hammocks hold 300–400 lbs, making them perfect for solo relaxation or sharing with a loved one
