Set in serene outdoor locations across Detroit, this one-of-a-kind experience blends the gentle sway of hammocks with guided meditation, breathwork, and the healing vibrations of a live crystal singing bowl sound bath.
Hosted by The Village PTW, this experience is designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and support holistic restoration in community.
